Terms of Use – Villa Patrick

1. Reservation and Payment

• The reservation becomes valid only after the advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation price has been received via bank transfer.
  
• The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.
  
• For reservations made within 60 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately for the reservation to be confirmed.
  
• In case of timely cancellation (60 days or more before arrival), the guest has the option to reschedule to another available date.
  
• In all other cases of cancellation, including no-shows, the advance payment is non-refundable, and the full amount will be charged.
  
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  
• Any potential refund (if approved) will be made only to the guest’s bank account, no later than 5 working days, reduced by bank fees.
  
• Upon arrival, a cash deposit of 500.00 EUR is required for each reservation.
  
• The deposit covers possible damages and will be fully refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred.
  
• By paying the advance, the guest accepts the Reservation Cancellation Terms.
  
• We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellations in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  

2. House Rules

• Please prepare ID documents for all guests for registration with the local tourist board.
  
• Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and follow the house rules.
  
• When leaving the house, guests must ensure that all windows and doors are closed and locked, to maintain safety and prevent rain or water damage.
  
• Please close umbrellas when not in use, especially when leaving the house, at night, or before bad weather.
  
• Kindly turn off air conditioning and all electrical devices when leaving the house. It is not allowed to leave them running in your absence.
  
• Maximum occupancy must be respected (as per the reservation agreement).
  
• The villa, garden, and pool must be kept clean and in proper condition.
  
• Any damage or loss, whether intentional or accidental, caused by the guest, will be charged.
  
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
  
• Noise is prohibited between 23:00 and 07:00.
  

3. Safety and Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
  
• Use of the pool and all outdoor facilities (barbecue, playground, etc.) is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by adults.
  
• The property owner is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from use of the property and its equipment.
  
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  

4. Privacy

• Collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and our privacy policy.
  
• Data is used exclusively for processing the reservation and providing accommodation services.
  
• Outdoor surveillance cameras located within the property premises (yard and parking area).

5. Termination of the contract for justifiable reasons

The landlord may immediately terminate the contract without refund and request that the Guest leave the property (usually within 1 hour) if: the maximum number of people is exceeded, pets are not allowed, serious violation of house rules, intentional damage or use contrary to the purpose of the holiday.

6. Changes to Terms

• The owner reserves the right to amend these terms of use.
  
• Any updated version will be published on our website.
  
• We recommend checking the terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.
