Whether you are looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life or a base for your active vacation, Villa Patrick is the ideal place for you.
An old stone house from 1880, completely renovated in 2017, is located in a small village Pilati near Pazin in the heart of Istria. The house of 200 m2 contains everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 10 people (8+2), and a fenced garden of 500 m2 with a swimming pool provides peace and maximum privacy.
The ideal position in the center of Istria allows you to plan additional contents, from cultural and artistic, sports, historical to gastro tourism, because all known locations are 2 - 40 km away. And if you want to expand your horizons, the place is ideal for planning day trips to more distant places such as Pula, Rovinj or Umag.
Villa Patrick can accommodate up to 10 people (optimally 8), and offers you maximum comfort. There are four comfortable bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms - each room has its own air conditioning and satellite TV; common living room with fireplace and satellite TV, shared bathroom, large kitchen with all modern appliances and open dining area for 10 people. The outdoor area features a terrace with a swimming pool, two seating areas, a BBQ, a children’s playground, a garden and a covered car park for 4 cars. Wi-fi is free.

Amazing house that makes you feel like a millionaire. Every bedroom has private bathroom, huge main floor with everything You need to hang out with Your friends. Every part of that house and backyard are beautiful. There are a lot of guides of places You can visit. The Host was very kind and we felt very welcome there. Perfect for group of 4 couples, but to be honest, 10 ppl would fit there easily.

Wir wurden sehr toll empfangen und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Privatsphäre ist top von außen nicht reinzusehen genug Platz für ne Truppe von 10 Leuten jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad was den Aufenthalt um einiges angenehmer macht für große Gruppen.

Wir waren zwei Familien und haben die Villa Patrick zum ersten mal gebucht.
Die Villa ist noch schöner und geräumiger als auf den Fotos zu sehen ist.
Alle Schlafzimmer sind super und mit einem Tollen Bad ausgestattet.
In der Wohnküche ist alles vorhanden.
Pool und Aussenbereich sind richtig top.

As a family, we have really enjoyed our vacation stay in Villa Patrick. The house was clean, spacious and offered everything and more we could need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Outdoor area is spacious as well and has a lovely pool and bbq spot. The house was air conditioned and overall very cool which was great given the very hot weather we have had during our vacation. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and made it possible for us to check in and check out as we needed which made our trip so much easier. Thanks again for lovely stay, warm welcome and help with navigation back home! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Patrick. The house was better than we could’ve ever imagined: very clean, safe for children and so luxurious! The outdoor area, as well as the entire interior were absolutely stunning. We received a very warm welcome and the host was so nice and helpful. A few days after we arrived, there was a problem with the internet connection due to heavy rainfall and the host went above and beyond to make sure our internet was properly working again in no time. Another plus is the great communication with the host. She responds very quickly and whatever you need, she will do anything she can to help you out. We are very excited about our stay there and if we were ever to travel to Istria again we would for sure book a stay in Villa Patrick again. We highly recommend this villa to anyone. It’s perfect for families or friends who are travelling with children!

First time ever to rent a villa...so in this villa you have everything you need for a great time and great party (even Bluetooth speaker with lights). We were here in October weather was sunny and bright. There is enough space and everybody can find their own privacy corner (we were 6 people). Rooms are spaicous and there is nice terrace also on 1st floor. Pazin is heart of Istria so all places that you want to visit you can easy reach circling arround.Owner is helpful and caring so you will enjoy your time there!

Von Ankunft bis Abreise war in dieser Villa alles perfekt. Wir waren 7 Personen, jedoch wäre auch Platz genug für 10 Personen - bis ins kleinste Detail ist hier an alles gedacht worden - von genügend Geschirr und allen möglichen Küchenutensilien, über Anzündholz für den Grill, Handtücher, Müllsäcke, Toilettenpapier war wirklich alles Vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Auch Parkplätze für unsere 3 Autos waren direkt neben dem Haus vorhanden. Die Villa und der Außenbereich sind tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Fotos bereits zu sehen ist. Aber nicht nur die tolle Architektur dieses Hauses hat uns begeistert, (durch Steinmauern perfekt klimatisiert im Sommer & jeder Raum sowie Flur verfügt über Klimaanlage) auch die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Aufgrund des Reiseverkehrs sind wir um 3 Uhr nachts gefahren - die Gastgeber sind dann um diese Uhrzeit in die Villa zur Abnahme gekommen - alles total unkompliziert. Man kann von dieser Unterkunft nur das Beste berichten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Villa Patrick ist ein Paradies im Zentrum Istriens, ruhig gelegen, fünf Autominuten von Pazin. Wir waren Anfang Juni 2018 dort und wurden von Marino (dem Sohn des Eigentümers) herzlich empfangen. Marino wohnt 400m neben dem Objekt und kann mit Rat und Tat helfen, falls nötig. Die Villa wurde 2017 renoviert und ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Handtücher, Müllsäcke, Geschirr, Pfannen, ein Aussenzelt, falls es heiss ist oder mal einen kleinen Regenguss gibt, Klimaanlagen, Grill etc.). Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Poolbereich ist nicht einsehbar, so dass man in Ruhe baden und die Sonne geniessen kann; Pooldusche mit etwas Warmwasser. Pazin ist ein Provinzstädtchen, aber bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung und in der Regel am Vormittag einen Markt für Frischwaren. Die Küste (z.B. Rovinj) ist in einer halben Stunde zu erreichen. Wer nicht den Trubel der Küste will, sondern die Ruhe in der Nähe von Wäldern sucht, ist in der Villa Patrick richtig. Gerne wieder.
